When you hire a realtor to sell you home, the objective is usually the same; sell our home at the price we asked as quickly as possible. But it's never that easy. Decisions have to be made regarding upgrades or changes to the property and the price for the property. Neil came in and made several minor suggestions that would help sell the home.
